Hit the FLASH key, wait for dial tone, dial extension number, hang up.
To Activate Your Voice Mail:
Go to your telephone
Listen. Your pass code is: 1 2 3 4
Even though it says you can have up to 8 numbers for your new pass code, the system is only set up for 4.
You will be able to access your voice mail from another telephone. (Dial 199, # + your extension number, and listen to prompts.)
When message light is lit on your phone, this is when you check your voice mail.
You should have your own voice on your voice mail greeting and mailbox name.
To Check Your Voice Mail After Hours:

To Check Your Voice Mail (from a Different Extension):
Interrupt the greeting by pressing #

To check our voice mail from your own phone, dial 770.

To pick up another ringing phone: # + 88
To Dial Company Speed Dial:
# + 601 (this will be 601-729)
To Dial Personal Speed Dial:

To Program Personal Speed Dial:
# + 00 + # + 01 (This will be 01-24) + (*) number to be programmed. (Don’t forget to put a 9 in front of the number to be programmed for an outside line).

To Send a Call Directly to Someone’s Voice Mail:
Transfer (or Flash) + 56 + Extension number
Nissan and BDC:
Hit the Cfn/Trn button and dial extension.
While on a call, press hit the Cfn/Trn button, dial the extension you wish to transfer the call to, announce the call, hang up.
Soft Transfer with the Caller on the Line:
While on a call, press the Conf softkey, Press Sta. Softkey, Dial the extension, when the person at that station picks up, press the conference button twice and you can make your announcement with all three people on the line, and at the appropriate time you can hang up.
Pick Up a Held Call from Another Station:
Pick up the handset, dial #5#6 and then dial the extension.
Pick Up a Ringing Call from Another Station:
Pick up the handset, dial #5#5 and then dial the extension.
To Check Voicemail Remotely:
Dial your direct office phone number, when your voicemail message starts playing hit the # key and the phone will prompt you for your voicemail password. Follow the prompts to listen, discard, etc.
Clear the Message Waiting Indicator when no messages are in your box:
Push the Intercom button, dial #409, hang up.
Conference Two Outside Lines:
While on a call, press the Conf softkey, Press line, press 9 to dial out and then enter the outside phone number, press conference number twice. If you do not wish to be on the call you can hang up while the other two lines are connected.
When you are dialing the outside phone number and receive a busy signal or the other party doesn’t answer, you can press the intercom button to return to the previous call.
Transfer a Call directly to Voicemail:
Press Cfn/Trn button, Press #407, dial the extension number, press #. This will not interrupt the extension party.
Park a Call:
Press Park, dial your extension, and hang up. This will add the call to the park section of the phone.
Press Park and pick up the phone to retrieve it on another phone.
Adjust Brightness of the LCD Screen:
Hold the Mic Button down and press Volume Up or Volume Down to change brightness to your liking.
Forward a Call to an Outside Line:
Pick up the handset, dial #6011, input 9+Outside Number, press #, hang up.
Forward a Call When the Line is Busy:
Pick up the handset, dial #6021, input 9+Outside Number, press #, hang up.
Forward a Call When There is No Answer after a Set Amount of Seconds:
Pick up the handset, dial #6031, input 9+Outside Number, input the amount of seconds of no answer (2 digits), press #, hang up.
Remove a Call Forward:
Pick up the handset, dial #6051, hang up.
